The law firm has been present on the legal market since 2006. It was founded – and it is still run – by Arkadiusz Koper, a legal adviser. The law firm was founded based on the idea that in a small, specialised company that maintains close relations with each and every client and is fully available, the clients will receivelegal services of the highest quality, ensuring that the problems are resolved in practice, as well as individual, commercially attractive fees. Our approach enjoyed interest on the market, which is clearly visible in the ranks of key clients on long-term retainers that we render our services to. Some of our today’s clients have been with us since its establishment, that is for nine years. And this is what proves the success of our law firm: a group of loyal, happy clients in close business relations with us, based on the trust in the lawyers and in the solutions proposed by them.
The founder of the law firm has extensive professional experience that he had gained not only in his own law firm, but also while working as a legal adviser in the INFOR Publishing Group, Capital City of Warsaw, and multiple professional undertakings that realise projects commissioned by the clients under a cooperation contract; and also as a member of the supervisory board of one of the major real property market company. Professionally, Arkadiusz Koper specialises in representation for legal and litigation purposes before civil and administrative courts, the National Chamber of Appeal at the Public Procurement Office, and before administration authorities. He also provides continuous legal advice to entrepreneurs from different industries and within the highest extent possible, as well as to public and local government sector units, as he believes that only having experience in different branches of law and being familiar with all cases and procedures of a client ensure the proper level of legal assistance, which is shown in the comprehensive approach to a legal problem and to resolving it.
Arkadiusz KoperNow shares his experience gained on the legal services market with his younger colleagues; he conducted exams in civil procedure during the exams for legal advisers at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw, where he also held classes with trainees, and he was an examiner during tests for trainees, e.g. in the area of civil, administrative and EU law. He is also a member of the legal advisers’ self-government authorities – he used to be a Deputy Dean of the Council of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw; he continues to be a member of the National Board of Legal Advisers.
He also held training courses in Public Procurement Law and in application of legal procedures in managing and running a business. He is also the author of multiple law-related publications (including in the area of Public Procurement Law), which were published e.g. in:
- “Rzeczpospolita”
- “Dziennik Gazety Prawnej”
- “Gazeta Prawna”
- “Poradnik Gazety Prawnej”
- “Prawa Przedsiębiorcy”
The law firm disposes of extensive ranks of co-workers and consultants in various areas of law, e.g. it receives assistance from trusted court bailiffs, notaries, and tax advisers. The lawyers that work with the law firm are experienced former employees of international corporations, including employees of legal departments. It allows the law firm to render services that meet the standards and the procedures that are binding in the modern companies that operate in different market segments. We are also able to properly recognize the problems that such companies might have.
