In this respect, we managed e.g. to close many investment contracts pertaining to real properties located all over Poland. Moreover, we also won multiple disputes related to enforcing the rights of owners an perpetual users. We also helped in carrying out multiple construction projects, including large residential-service facilities and special-purpose facilities.

We draw up employment contract, management contracts, non-compete contracts, and other documents related to employment. We represent both employers and employees in court disputes. We provide advice in the area of restructuring employment and terminating employment relations, including group lay-offs and resolving collective labour disputes.
